Returns & Eligibility

We want your experience with Imperial Kingdom Apparel to be seamless. You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Brand new, unwashed, and unworn.
Odor-Free: Strictly free from any odors (including smoke, cologne/perfume, body odor, or detergent).
Packaging: Complete with all original tags attached and in its original packaging, exactly as sold.

Items returned with signs of wear, scent, laundering, or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team at imperialkingdomapp@gmail.com within 10 days of your purchase date.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your preferred resolution (Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund).
Once approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Exchanges & Store Credit

To keep things simple and ensure you get the right fit:

Exchanges & Store Credit: Complimentary prepaid return shipping is provided. Once your return is received and inspected, we will dispatch your replacement size/item or issue a digital store credit for the full purchase amount.

Refunds

Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, the cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Processing Time: Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be initiated. Please allow 5–10 business days for your banking institution or payment provider to post the funds to your account.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, notify us immediately at imperialkingdomapp@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will correct the error promptly at zero shipping cost to you.
